A BAReFiT group fitness bootcamp class allows you to work at your own ability level within the group. You push yourself to progress at your own pace. Our bootcamp workout ideas are designed to be challenging, yet accommodating. Monday - Full Body HIIT Tuesday - Full Body HIIT Wednesday - Power & Strength Resistance Training Thursday - Total Body Strength & Conditioning Friday - BAReFiT Bootcamp Special

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be done 7 days in advance & up to 2 hrs prior to the session. Cancellation & rescheduling is to be done at least 2 hrs before the start of the session. To cancel the subscriptions, please inform 4 weeks in advance.
